Whole Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
- 1cup Water
- 1cup sugar
- 1/2Tbsp. Lemon Zest
- 12oz. Cranberries, Fresh
Instructions
- Combine water, lemon zest, and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Add cranberries and return to a boil. Allow berry mixture to simmer for 10 more minutes.
- Pour cranberry mixture into a serving dish and allow to cool completely.
